Ryan Shullman - Carwash Business Operations

Ryan Shullman is a Connecticut-based carwash operations executive whose family has roots in the carwash industry dating back to 1963. Over the course of his career, he has concentrated on carwash operations, automotive service, fuel, and convenience retail. Ryan Shullman draws on more than a decade of experience in business planning, workforce coordination, and operational oversight.

From 2015 to 2022, Shullman was managing partner of Russell Speeder’s Car Wash in Norwalk, Connecticut. He directed daily activity at a high-volume express carwash, helped develop employees, and managed inventory, equipment upkeep, and supplier relationships. The position also involved membership activity, expense awareness, and maintaining a smooth customer experience.

Today, Mr. Shullman oversees daily operations, reviews budgets, coordinates capital projects, and contributes to expansion efforts across various service-oriented businesses.

Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Shullman enjoys trying new foods and traveling. He also spends time walking his Yorkie. He graduated from the Catholic University of America with a bachelor of science in business administration.
